The paper aims demonstrating how the concepts of the Coefficients of Flow Variation K1, K2 and K3 used in sewage systems design may be adapted to define the Coefficients of Variation of Solid Waste Generation which will be used to consider the weekly and yearly periodicity variation in the estimation of the future generation of solid waste and evaluate the loading capability of the trucks fleet destined to the transport such waste.
O trabalho tem como objetivo demonstrar como os conceitos de Coeficientes de Variação de Vazão K1, K2 e K3 utilizados em projeto de sistemas de esgoto podem ser adaptados para definir Coeficientes de Variação de Geração de Resíduos Sólidos que serão utilizados para considerar a sazonalidade semanal e anual na estimativa da geração futura de resíduos sólidos e avaliar a capacidade de carga da frota de caminhões destinada ao transporte destes resíduos.
